Exreme Q Vaporizer Help!!!?

HI. I just purchased my Extreme Q Vaporizer by Arizer and I need help using it. What is the best temperature range for some good vapor, how much should I put in the cyclone bowl, etc. Please - someone with experience help me!!! Thanks :)
