My car makes a really weird sound! help?

when i turn right my car makes a grinding/clicking noise i dont know what it is! i just had the bal joint and bushing kit thingy changed and now my car makes a grinding noise that is kinda like grind grind grind grind its kinda not continuous but repeat itself. could it just be the new parts????????????
