My friend and her boyfriend[trash talk]?

ok like me and my friend sarah were bestis for like ever she asked me who i liked and i said this guy pedro well she goes and tells hey boifriend and he tells pedro i kno but i could trust her with anything well i could and pedro comes right behind me and starts laughing [im only 14 so its like drama like] and i would not turn around and i call mark sarahs boifriend and said you have a big mouth then he started to cuss me out and heather was there shes like my big sister [im the only child] then she told him way off and he calls sarah telling her that he could int handles her friends then she starts to talk trash and then heather of course gets on the phone and yea it was horrible what should i do?.......be friends with her and let her trash talk me for a while or just not even talk to her.........
