Why aren't there groups in the Middle East advocating Capitalism and Democratic change by creating a Republic?

A complete lack of education. That's the real problem with many Islamic countries. The people who claim that Islam is a peaceful religion are actually correct - they've gone to school and studied the Karan. But the vast majority of Muslims have about a 5th grade education. All they know is violence and force - just like in the 6th century.
