I have a cousin that just got out of jail second offence for narc selling...?
She got sentenced to five years she got out on peroll. She is out dealing again. The problem is that where we are there isn't any constructive way for some one with little skills to make money. Let alone some one with a record. People are supposed to get the best chance at going straight once they get out. Why do they put them in as much trouble as they were when they got arrested in the first place. I know that I don't do drugs and the people I live with doesn't either but it is so rampant where we live. You might as well drop a recovering alcoholic off at a free beer party. Not very conducive to the well being of the person. The question is this why does the justice system impose all these ridicules jump through hoops kind of tasks when there is no way that the person is going to get better? And they Know this!? The kind of tasks that I am referring to is the random drug testing? Community service? when they have ways of getting by both. as my cousin did.
