Is leakage normal?

I'm 22 and I've been experiencing leakage for about two hours now. I wiped it cleanly after my bowel movement but it's still coming out. I've had it once before but went away within about five minutes. Now it just keeps coming. Sometimes a lot or a little will come out. Should I be concerned or is it nothing to worry about? I don't have health insurance nor a primary care doctor, nor can I really afford to go to one right now. But this really concerns me.
