My friends played a prank with me....should i be concerned?

well i was at the club and it was my birthday and my friends called a worker(prostitute) and told her to talk with me and act as if she is a normal girl interested in me...well she talked and had a drink with me for about 10 minutes and then she herself told me that she is a worker and i said sorry im not interested so she left...and in those 10,20 minutes we didnot kiss but she was talking very closely to my mouth and i could feel small spit drops on my lips once or twice, that was it,and when she told me that she was a prostitute i did go and wash my face and lips with soap and i gargled with water... i do not have much information about stds so that is why i am asking that can i be infected with any form of std like this...please i need serious answers...thanks
