Refinancing homepath loan?

I bought a Fannie mae house recently using HomePath loan. HomePath has its own plus and minus. on the minus side the interest rate is higher( i am paying 5.5) but the plus is, there is no PMI on homepath loan. My question is can i refinance my house to lower my interest rate without paying any PMI?

What is a good title for my story?

I don't think you should be asking other writers or people in general to give you titles to your story. It may seem harmless but if you published your story and my title idea was used I would feel pretty jaded. If you can write the story then you can write the title. Simple as that.
