I've been working out alot and have been doing dips, decline, incline and flat bench (in that order) but cannot get rid of what looks like a ! My wedding is in 2.5 months and I'de like for the to be reduced, if not GONE. Is there any supplements I can take? I was told to try Novadex XT...which is a estrigine blocker? Any thought? Thanks much!
