So you think Brian Burke will get John Tavares, remember he has 48 hours!?

I really think that the Isles will pick Hedman at #1. It just seems to be the word on the street, and from looking at some interviews with Garth Snow I just get this feeling that he is the guy the organization wants. If this does go down, I would not be surprised to see Burke attempt to make a move up to #2. There has been the notion that giving up Kaberle and Schenn is the asking price, but I would go for it if this is the case. In return, the Leafs would be able to draft Tavares, and rumour awhile back had them also getting Ryan Malone as a salary dump. A gritty second line winger that can get you 25 goals or so a year, plus a talent like Tavares?? Sounds like a good enough plan to me....
