Buying a vinyl plotter / printer + heat sealer?

You budget is unreasonable. A heat sealer which can effectively seal vinyl without distortion or melting (ie. Very consistant temperature) will cost you the $1500. Tack on another $3000 base for a plotter. That is only an entry level 2 foot with roll capabilities.
