I have a $50 dollar bet going and I need help?

I bet a friend of mine that The Brian Kendrick will be on SvR 2010, he swares up and down that him, or ricky ortiz will not be on there and the Hart dynasty will be downloadable content. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
