No, The Curious Case Of Benjamin on deserved a Best Picture nomination, as did Milk and Slumdog Millionaire, but your right Doubt and The Dark Knight both deserved nominations over The Reader and Frost/Nixon, the film was truly incredible, Hoffman, Streep, Adams and Davis were just amazing, i was stunned that it wasn't nominated for Best Picture.
