Why are the iTunes and iPod so non-intuitive?

After using Windows stuff, it does take a while to figure out Apple's way of doing things. The Windows operating system and the Windows Media Player were designed by the same folks, so using with Windows with iTunes is weird since it was modeled after Apple's OS X operating system. There's a learning curve, to be sure, but eventually you'll get the hang of it.
