Why can't people understand the Community Guidelines prohibit users from expressing themselves freely?

People always want to freely express themselves here in Y! Answers, knowing their Q&A's are subject to deletion. Why can't they just read the rules on here? We all know this is not the place to show off expressing their opinions any way they like. The Community Guidelines strictly prohibit all of this. This is a place to ask questions and dispense advice, not use this forum to express themselves. Freedom of speech on Y!A is dead, period!!! So can't they ever learn how to follow the rules here?
