Does anyone have a clue what the 'Banana in your ear" song is in reference to? It seems dirty?

It's on the new 'Charlie the Unicorn 2' video clip. I laughed and then paused, not sure if I was understanding what it meant, or if I was even supposed to understand what it meant ;D. If someone who's a little more worldly wise knows, please let me know
