Close call car accident. Who would have been at fault?

Okay so I was driving on the freeway to school today. As I was nearing to my school on the freeway I look to my left and see a car swerving, like totally lost control. It almost looked like he was intentionally trying to hit the car on his left but he definitely lost control. So as he lost control he swerves into my lane and I have to basically hit my brakes really, really hard so that I don't t-bone his car. I was literally about to drive straight into his car on his penger side. He actually ended up in the lane on my right side facing the opposite direction! My car's making a strange sound.?

I have a ten year old mondeo, and for the last three days a strange noise has been coming from the engine [I think]. It sounds like I'm traveling at 40 mph but in third gear. It's a constant noise that's just slightly louder than the normal engine noise that I can hear underneath it. It doesn't change pitch in any way when I change gear, but it does increase in volume if I go faster, but only in a subtle way. It doesn't seem to affect the efficiency of the car as such, but I haven't pushed it over 45 mph as it doesn't feel right. Hello. I went to a private catholic school in elementary school. I went cause, of course I had to go. We moved. I continued for a couple more yrs. then my parents let me quit. No offense, but I didn't get anything from the catholic teachings.Then, I did my sinning. I got older and started going to a Baptist Church. It was really little and I noticed they didn't preach on healing and speaking in other tongues. I then went to a BIGGER Baptist Church, thinking that it would be different. They also didn't believe in preaching on healings and praying in tongues. Now that bothered me as I had a miracle healing of an incurable disease at a non-denominational church in another state. My friend took me to a non-denominational church here in Mich. where I live. I believe God led me there as I searched for the church for my needs. I have been going there since 1997. I feel alot of times, people leave their church cause they were offended by their Preacher, didn't like something he said in his sermon, or a fellow member said something. That seems to be alot of the problem to me. Or they go back to their past. I have seen that, also. Both have happened so easily in the churches. Jumping from one church to another cause someone hurt there feelings. We have had sermons that didn't make my day, but it is truth whether I like it or not. I found my church and will never leave it. As a matter of fact, I moved almost an hour away and still go. Yes, Christians get fleshy every now and then and cop attitudes against each other (even me, I'm guilty), but it would be nice to have everyone come together even though there are different faiths instead of knocking someones belief system-yes we are guilty. If you have distanced yourself, have you been doing some praying to God as to why that may be? He may be directing you in a different path than the one you are on. Should i work out while trying to recover from anorexia?

Ok, so I dont know what I'm suppose to do to recover from this and not gain to much weight. Or am I suppose to gain alot of weight? This is all really confusing to me still, I just came to terms with the fact that I have this recently. I've had this for around 9 years and I'm kinda freaked out about the damage that it might be causing. I have had so many of the symptoms for years and never linked it to anorexia I thought that I was just weird although everyone was telling me that I had it all along. I went to the my Dr, she said that I dont look that under weight. Is 105 pounds dangerously low for a woman who is 5"5, medium frame? Will my racoon, and baggy eyes, and chest fill out after I gain weight? Will I stop feeling like crap all of the time, and wil the mental side effects ever go, or is this permenant damage? It depends on the voices for me, not the language used. So I go back and forth, since not all anime, unfortunately, are dubbed equally well. Subs need some time to get used to, if it really bothers you. Either way, if YOU like dubs, you shouldn't care what all the nay-sayers believe. We all enjoy anime our own ways. Effective weight loss and getting six pack abs?

I have been on a regiment for 3 months now and have lost 35 pounds. I do weight lifting 3 times a week and do ab exercises. My stomach is still flabby and I have a ways to go. I drink pretty much only water, with the occasional diet soda once or twice a month. I dont eat a lot of sugars but i do eat some and i eat healthy and keep under 1500 calories. Is this good after 3 months? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get tighter abs? Anything I can do to make the weight loss go faster? Or am I at the right pace? How can I get my sim back on sims 3?

Okay so my sim was a ghost hunter and a very high level one. She ended up having triplets, twins, and one other baby, three of which were ghosts. Then one day when she went to work and was trying to banish some ghosts she just disappeared. I have no idea what happened to her I just stopped being able to play her. For a little while her icon was still there but I couldn't click on it and then it disappeared too. On the loading screen when I click the family I want to play it still shows her even though she is dead and if I go to one of her babies relationships she is still there too. I don't know what to do though because all of her kids are babies and they can't do anything so I have to keep using cheats to keep them alive. I tried using cheats to add someone else to my household so I could still play but it won't work and I don't want to make the babies age until they are supposed to. I also can't go into edit town mode and add another person to the house because every time I click on edit town it says I can't go into edit town mode while one of my sims is dying. A medical question about dementia?

I have a problem and I don't know who to ask. I am 21 years old and I am an undergrad student in a university in Egypt. I am not sure, but I feel like I am suffering from some sort of dementia or something. What makes me suggest that is that I feel I have memory loss, I constantly forget the courses' contents once I finish them and I even forget any type of general knowledge info that I read or come across, as if I never knew about them at all. Need urgent advice on rat ual maturity?

just bought 3 rats from a breeder but it turns out I have 2 female and 1 male. thinking of getting male rat nutered when old enough so he doesn't have to live by himself. worried about risks to male rat in operation. also not sure how old they are (aprox 8 weeks but not sure), was so excited to get them I forgot to ask and can't get hold of breeder. i know i need to seperate them but want to do it as late as poss so male not on his own (he is the nervous one of the 3). if i seperate them, get him nutered, will he be happy to live back with females or will they have been too long apart for them to get along again - i've been advised that male rat has to be 3 months old before op but have been told they can breed from 8-10 weeks old. can you tell rat age from weight? females are 132g and 111g, male is somewhere in between I think (wasn't keen on being weighed!). don't want to stress male out by taking him away from his sisters earlier than I have to but also don't really want babies as would like them all to live together so they get maximum playtime out of cage. can anyone advise me? Ok, here is the situation. My husband works offshore. He works two weeks and then gets to come home for two weeks. My mother, sisters and I are going on a 4 day 3 night cruise. It will be just mom and her girls no husbands allowed. Here's the catch, the ship leaves out the day he comes home. My husband say's I am being selfish and I don't care about him, spending what little time we have together away from him, It's dangerous, and that I should be using the money I have saved up for the cruise on something that will benefit our family. I understand how he is feeling and I really hate to be away from him. On the other hand, I have never been on a cruise. I really want to have this special memory with my mom and sisters. My mom bought my ticket as a Christmas gift and I'm not going to spend an extravagant amount of money (which I have worked really hard to save up for) by any means. I can't imagine us ever getting coordinated with our work schedules and other responsibilities enough to do anything like this again. When my dad ped away I wished we had done something like this with him. A memory to have of just us having fun together. I don't want to have this same regret with my mom. I wish he would understand how important this is to me and I am not doing this to get away from him. I love him with all my heart, but I feel like he is the one being selfish, not wanting to allow me this small amount of time with my family. Am I being unreasonable? Are my priorities all wrong? I had a dream I was with two or three of my closest friends and we were camping outside of my grandma's house (like I had actually done the previous weekend), except this time it was outside of her club house. I'm 15 turning 16 and I'm scared to death that I might be pregnant. My boyfriend and I always use protection, but I'm not on birth control. when we have and we check for breakage on the condoms. BIG TIME Second Half Trade? Opinions please?

I would keep Guillen and Young and trade Wells and Phillips. Guerrero is a proven player, run producer and rbi guy. Carlos Lee is known for is second half fall off but even still Brandon phillips is a middle of the pack 2nd basemen. You could probably even deal Lee for a better 2nd basemen, maybe to a player who isn't aware of Lee's normal 2nd half declines. Zambrano went on a similar mid summer streak last season, where he rattled off win after win but by the end of the year his bad qualities came back, too many walks, challenging too many good hitters who make him pay. Young is a great young talent, stick with him, lots of strikeouts and he hides behind Peavy making his matchups better, because he is not the staff ace. He's pitched better than Zambrano so far and will continue. Guillen will get you more RBI and homeruns than Caberra, although his health is always a concern. Plus he plays for the best hitting team in baseball.

Windows XP Home Discs knackered!?

I use Windows xp Home and bought the pc it is connected to 2nd hand. The problem is my second disc is unreadable now for some reason which means that I have had to find the drivers i needed and added them myself (i still dont know if i have the right ones) I dont know what else that I need to do. My question is can i replace the 2nd disc somehow (somewhere) OR would it be easier (cheaper) for me to but a cheap 2nd hand pc and use the registered disks from that. I know I can download from a peer/seed but I'd rather keep 'legal' if not too expensive. (its gonna be 80 quid or so I think for a new xp!)

Laparoscopic recovery time?

Hello. Last Wednesday, I had laparoscopic surgery for a dermoid. MD removed left ovary and also removed small cyst on right ovary. I am feeling better each day, but still quite sore. I am a RN, working 12 hour shifts. My job entails a lot of lifting, pushing and standing. I understand a lot of people return to work within 1 to 3 weeks post-operatively, however are these jobs more sedentary? For more strenuous jobs, what is the average recovery time? I am in no rush to return to work and want to take the maximum time to fully recover.

I was diagnosed with anxiety about 5 months ago and am currently taking Zoloft for it. I am a first time mom and my son is 8 months old. Following childbirth, I had eclampsia with seizures. Ever since I had these, I am TERRIFIED of having another one...which doctors say is HIGHLY unlikely! Well, since then I have had bloodwork, 2 MRI's, CAT scan, and all kind of heart tests. I still get lightheaded at times...and my heart feels like it is beating fast and I feel like Im going to faint. I cant stand feeling like this! Do you think the lightheadedness could be due to the Zoloft? Also, there is no way that heart attack symptoms could last this long, right?

Ughhhhh! I can't get my new Trek Incite 8i to work with my Trek 7100!?

Help! I've been trying to get my new Trek Incite 8i to work with my trek 7100 bike, for which I haven't yet found an intelligable answer. The stupid manual only has pictures; I found it extremely difficult to even put the CPU unit on the handlebar! I can't seem to figure out what to do! And do I install it on the front wheel or the rear? It would seem to me like the front wheel, being just along for the ride, would spin slower than the rear. But does it matter which wheel I put it on? And then there's the matter of proper placement on the spokes of the wheel. Where do I put it on whichever wheel? I've tried doing it exactly as the illustrations showed it, but when I took the bike out and rode it, nothing worked like it should. Remember that the 8i is wireless, so it can't be the wires, since there are none. Also does it matter which side of the wheel I put it on (is there a specific direction the magnet is detected)? Please help!
